I like the style a lot and the strong contrast between the foreground and the background works well. The way the level of detail decreases towards the background is also utilized to great effect. There seem to be some strange splotches of blue on the right side of the sky, I wonder if they're intentional.

Really good, my only critique is about the gun, the guy is such a badass, but his gun doesnt reflect that. Kinda minor, but yeah....
